Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming emails based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the email mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
